MINOR CHANGES

• Blocking remote maps to be opened if Internet not available (they can work with saved parts in cache).
• Not hiding layers from non-crypted maps (so their POI can be used).
• New option 'never' on 'Distance to re-calculate' for autorouting.
• Just for Android: Default folder for remote maps cache has been moved to TwoNavData.
• Just for Android: Enabled options to configure remote maps cache.

SOLVED BUGS

• Wrong 'stopped time' in some cases.
• Just for Android: V-maps 09q2v version not working well.
• Just for Android: Configured extra maps folders not recovered after re-start.
• Enter bearing 'by map' doesn't show ‘OK’ confirmation button.
• Hint not shown correctly in some cases.
• Just for Android: 'Demo mode' until restart after entering register code.
• Tool bar 'hidden buttons' (reproduction controls, close edition...) appear when returning to default configuration or enabling advanced mode.
